Last five years achivements
With the hard work and dedication of every employee in XLB, and the invaluable support from customers, XLB has grown into a professional supplier of bearings in China, and achieved a great success in business dealings these years. Our revenue reached $10.2 million in the year of 2010, and the number has been growing healthily for the following years. Until 2014, our revenue for that year increased to $25.6 million, which is more than the double of the number in 2010.
Culture
XLB runs with corporation system which is well established and comprehensive, starting from company’s vision and mission, corporate culture to employee training, welfare system, operation management, production control and administration.
XLB takes care of employees in a great deal, and constantly arranges parties, travels and other activities for employee welfare.
